While I was browsing in my Facebook this morning ... saw this "remember this day" like 97% of the web devs in this photo are now resigned I think?

Little did I know... The picture above is the last time I played in Team Building. And, Last year was the last Anniversary (9th) I was with them... This year kasi sa Eden Nature Park sila ... hmmm ... medyo mahirap kung walang shuttle bus for transportation... Thank God for all the Blessings... imagine I was one of the first 10 Agents in Davao Branch... On 2007, the very first time I entered the office to pass my application and resume... I was shocked...

Now, we are celebrating the 9th Year Anniversary of Eversun Software Phils. Corp. (ESPC) And, I can't imagine that I'm working here for 9 years! As one of the pioneering employees of ESPC, we have gone through of history from the very first manager to the recent...hehehe I can remember the exam online I have in this company... Instant Design Test because I applied for the lowest technical position - Graphics Artist... because I want to hone my skills more and then go up to the Developer Position... but it turned out, the company hired me as - Web Developer... This is my first time to ever experience an Island Hopping in Samal Islands and also my first to go out for a beach after August of 2013... I was praying for safety and endurance for the past weeks and I thank God He answered my prayer. Our first stop was Angel's Cove for swimming, then Babu Santa for Lunch, pass by on other resorts in Talicud Island and also Samal Island, forgot all the names tsk! Also pass by in Pearl Farm Beach Resort and Wishing Island. Here is the video:

June 29 of 2014, I may seem quiet, nobody knows the turmoil deep inside of me, the hurt I am feeling. No one to share to, because the officemates that are close to my heart whom can understand my situation have already resigned since last year. Anyway, these days are the most busiest days in my career life, handling more than one project at the same time, being in the position of Project Manager. hmmm, I'm not complaining but to see it on different way, it is awkward to be handling a task of a Queen without proper anointing and announcement that you are indeed the Queen, when all you know is being a Princess. And, all of the sudden everybody will be surprise you are giving them evaluation of their output. (galing noh?)

Happy 6th Anniversary! How do I start my writing? hmmm maybe a recap of what happened since I became 6 years old in Eversun Software Phils. Corp. All about my six years in working, I didn't feel that long it seem just three years. Maybe its because I don't look at it as "work" but hobbies. So here are some summary of what happened recently; In the month of April: the contract on my last client (start with letter Y) has ended. And, ever since May my task are different from web developer. Sir Danny put me as project manager to his projects. I'm not handling one project at the time but three or four sometimes. Most of the time, I don't have chance to really absorb all the project details. But I'm coping. I have been handling so many agents from different branches including China whew! that was the hardest one cause most Chinese can't speak English very well, I need to extend my patience in explaining the instructions and understanding their Englis...

It was funny this morning I don't remember the day or date. When I was about to put on the date in my daily report around 5pm I notice "oh its June 29, Friday!" hmmm the same date and day I started working with Eversun Software Philippines Corp. Its really a coincidence same date and day!

December 30, Thursday is our last day of work for 2010 As usual only a handful of agents are left working. The ones left are those without Vacation Leave left :( I'm one of them! Oh Well! its ok! we decided to have a small party2x (^_^) weeeiii!

Here we are in our Eversun Software Philippines Corporation General Assembly with the owner Danny Sullivan (^_^) ... I notice that most of the agents are excited to see him because its their first time and he has the handsome face, humble and kind just like my current client at the moment W.Williams. (^_^) Anyway I was happy to see Danny Sullivan again we had pictures together with some of the day shifts agents. By the way, I asked a question about us web developers, "if ever there will be another exams for salary increase, I hope we'll be given some insights or pointers at least to study, so to be prepared and have a chance to pass because on the last examimation for web developers nobody passed". Danny Sullivan said "yeah I think we can have a refreshers' course during Saturday..." and I agree with that. Oh I wish this will push through cod hopefully with God's help we will all finally pass. We went to Gaisano Mall as planned days before, when we were about to enter the grocery I saw our classmate Maria Fe she is one of our group friends in college. We talk and stayed since both of us me and Joy was not in a hurry, we decided to stay with her while waiting for her Kuya Dik. Maria Fe is pregnant and due to give birth on the 4th week of this month.
